What an excellent reflection of one's career journey, thus far. From the vey early stages of Eliza's life, the foundation for her compassion, her work ethic, her life perseverance, and her awareness of diversity and inclusion issues were laid. As her life ebbed and flowed, her career journey began. With each new challenge and experience, the journey, both personally and professionally, took shape The journey has not been perfect or linear or even what was expected, but the will of Eliza kept her going and her career grew and progressed, being modified by the positive and negative experiences she was experiencing. It was a reminder to her always, that a career is not meant to be perfect, but an experience to learn and grow from. Careers are meant to be as life, a collection of experiences where one strives to be the best version of themselves they can be. Eliza did from the beginning and continues now, to make a significant impact to her family, her patients, her team, her organization, to the nursing profession, and society. While it is clearly evident to the reader Eliza's journey is unique to her and is not near from over it is also evident that her impact will continue to make a difference i the lives of those she interacts with along her career path. I truly cannot wait to see where and how she continues on that journey.

This book is under 100 pages, and I could not put it down. What a fantastic book about the trials and tribulations that she had to endure, and how you can do anything that you set your mind to. Would recommend to anyone who could use a positive outlook during turbulent times, as she gives the reader positive reinforcement throughout the book.
