As the Founder and CEO of Okoth Inspire LLC, she is passionate about empowering healthcare professionals, particularly women and minorities, to achieve professional growth and leadership success.
Stacey-Ann holds advanced degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Nursing Practice, and Business Administration, and she is certified in Change Management, Organizational Development, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
Her expertise includes coaching healthcare executives, guiding nurse leaders, and driving transformational change within organizations.
Her experiences span standing up ambulatory care teams, developing innovative pilot programs, and leading system-wide initiatives that have improved patient care and operational efficiency.
